We foster professional and personal development and offer prospects for career advancement.We are currently recruiting a Designer level I or II to join our Public/Private Sector.Designer I is responsible for executing conceptual design options and developing plans under supervision.Designer II is responsible for developing conceptual design options, developing plans that address programmatic requirements, coordinating with consultants, and producing excellent quality presentation drawings.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Tasks include, but are not limited to:Exhibits design curiosity and willingness to explore options and translate ideas to concepts.Must be willing to respond to directives and participate in design-focused discussions.May contribute to drawing sets at all phases.Performs assignments under direction with the ability to influence design.Supports client presentations through work product.Ability to conduct research and identify technical problems related to design.Performs assignments under direction with the ability to influence design.Designer II may oversee interns.Collaborates with and is directed by design directors and senior designers.REQUIREMENTS One or more years of relevant work experience in an architectural office required.Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent is required.A high-quality design portfolio and relevant work experience preferred.Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering programs required.Knowledge of requirements for various stages of design including concepts, schematic design, design development, and construction administration.Must submit a resume and portfolio to be considered for either position.Must be willing to work in the office at least 3 days per week.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without needing visa sponsorship.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSWe offer career advancement opportunities and an excellent benefits package which includes: Alternative work schedule of 40 hours per week based on a 4 ½-day workweek.Hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home, and half-day on Fridays.Group Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans with HSA and FSA options.Company-paid Life and AD&D coverage.401(k) Savings Plan.Company paid time off and holidays.Paid monthly parking.Depending on experience level, the salary range is between $55,000 and $85,000 annually.EEO EMPLOYERAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regards to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender, age, marital status, national origin, disability, or any other consideration made unlawful by law.
