Title: Civil CADD Designer/Drafter

Join our growing team! We're hiring enthusiastic full-time Civil CADD Designer/Drafters for Union and Wentzville locations. If you're passionate about Civil CADD-based drafting, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:

Produce drawings using CAD, specifically Civil 3D.
Draft plans for construction projects and create detailed drawings.
Collaborate with Engineers and Architects to ensure design compliance.

Requirements:

1-year minimum experience (2-5 years preferred) in civil drafting/design.
Proficiency in Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.
High School Diploma required; two-year drafting degree preferred.

Essential Skills:

Analytical and computer skills.
Strong math competency.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to interpret engineering documents.

Physical Requirements:

Indoor and occasional outdoor work.
Ability to lift 30+ lbs and perform tasks in various weather conditions.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Pre-employment and random drug screenings.
Ability to acquire OSHA 10-hour safety certification.
