Lead Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Collaborate with the eCommerce, B2B teams and other stakeholders to translate mood, inspiration and project briefs into creative, sellable designs, and also adhering to planned guidelines and parameters.
• Support design across B2B and B2C channels for various platforms including digital, print and social media.
• Work within tight timelines, consistently delivering accurate and consistent creative.
• Ensure graphics align with the brand vision.
• Create visually appealing graphics for various platforms including digital, print, and social media
  
• Guide a team of graphic designers, approve their work, and make creative decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of graphic design experience in eCommerce or related fields.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms and the ability to design graphics that enhance the online shopping experience.
