POSITION Ongoing Freelance Graphic Designer ABOUT US Bee Street is an influencer marketing agency that executes out of the box and creative programs for high-profile consumer brands. We are in a high period of growth, with many creative projects happening simultaneously. We are building a team of ongoing freelance graphic designers to hire as needed. It is very important that you are an out of the box thinker. We do very creative hands-on projects. THE POSITION ● Align with client brand aesthetics and goals to develop mailer creative strategy that communicates brand message ● Develop strong conceptual creative ideas for mailing proposals to present to our team via designed decks and in meetings ● Develop and refine assets such as printed pieces, collateral, etc. ● Work alongside our Head of Production ● Create client recap videos to use for case studies and business development materials THE QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR THAT WOULD ALIGN WITH OUR TEAM ● Smart, sharp, scrappy, resourceful, responsive ● Positive attitude about receiving direct, constructive feedback ● Clear, timely communicator ● Proactive thinker and motivated self-starter with the confidence to take initiative and ask questions ● Super organized with excellent attention to detail ● Proficient in Adobe Suite (photoshop, illustrator, cloud, etc..)
