About the Role: CBRE is seeking a design professional to lead the design and development of new industrial buildings. This individual will work within the Facilities Design group and team with internal associates and outsourced consultants to successfully design projects identified by clients Real Estate team. What You'll Do + Support the Facilities Design initiative for Industrial Buildings (new construction, renovations, tenant improvements) + Development of space requirements presented by departments within Ferguson + Development of schematic design documentation for clients facilities + Develop and manage 3rd party design consultants during development of construction documents + Maintain a cooperative and productive working relationship with all components of the Facilities Department + Represent the company in a professional manner at all times ensuring quality customer service + Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations, and procedures. + Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company What You'll Need: + Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. + Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design preferred but not required + Professional registration preferred but not required + 8+ years of experience working in the architectural or interiors fields + Experience in Large Industrial projects preferred + Experience in Design-Build delivery preferred + Ability t To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
