Graphic Designer Print Production with HTML/CSS Experience
Location: Cherry Hill, NJ (On-Site no remote)

Were seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and bring their creative expertise, technical skills, and knowledge of HTML/CSS to a fast-paced, print-focused work environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality, visually compelling designs for a wide range of print and digital applications.
  • Pre-flight customer-supplied files and prepare them for production.
  • Set up files for small-format digital presses, large-format vinyl printers and cutters, laser cutters, and other equipment.
  • Utilize HTML/CSS skills to design and implement web-ready assets such as email templates, landing pages, and banners.
  • Collaborate with Production and Sales Team on projects from concept to completion.
  • Stay current with industry trends, design standards, software updates, and web design best practices.
  • Interpret customer requests and translate their needs into professional designs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, management, and team members.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Degree in Graphic Design preferred.
Experience:
  • Previous experience in graphic design, especially in the print industry.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS and understanding of web design fundamentals.
  • Large-format printing and design experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with XMPie (uStore, uCreate, and uProduce) is a plus.
Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Working knowledge of Mac and Windows OS (Office is Mac-based).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
Portfolio Required: A portfolio showcasing your design work, including any HTML/CSS projects, is required for consideration.
