Welcome to our world.The UX/UI Designer & Developer role at MEGHANI is a full-time, salaried position reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing. The UX/UI Designer & Developer is responsible for managing the e-commerce websites for both of the organization’s brands - JBW and BREDA. This role will require close collaboration with our creative and marketing teams, including our Creative Directors, Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Marketing Managers and other key stakeholders to ensure that both websites are performing optimally and achieving the brands goals.What You’ll Do:Web DevelopmentOversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of Shopify-based websites, ensuring all web functionality aligns with brand goals.Manage all web development projects from start to finish, including new features, integrations, and platform updates.Collaborate with the digital marketing team to implement web-based solutions that enhance the customer journey and boost conversion rates.Ensure website performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness through continuous optimization and testing.Troubleshoot website issues and manage debugging processes to minimize downtime and maintain a seamless shopping experience.Implement third-party apps and tools within Shopify to enhance site functionality, such as payment gateways, inventory management, and marketing tools.Maintain and update website security protocols, ensuring compliance with best practices and protecting customer data.DesignDesign and create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups that clearly communicate design ideas and user flows.Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure the websites reflect the brand’s creative direction and standards, and push for deeper brand storytellingTranslate wireframes and prototypes into high-quality, responsive front-end web designs using Shopify’s Liquid templating system.Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve design elements and customer experience.Create and maintain comprehensive UX documentation, including personas, scenarios, and user stories.Use research and data-driven insights to inform design decisions and improve overall user engagement and satisfaction.E-CommerceManage and execute the e-commerce strategies for both JBW and BREDA Watches, optimizing websites for peak performance.Analyze web performance metrics and customer data to create strategies that drive traffic, increase conversion rates (CRO), and meet target KPIs.Implement SEO/SEM strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search ranking, and enhance overall site performance.Develop and manage the promotional calendar, overseeing timely and seamless "website flips" during sales and product launches.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and customer service, to ensure the smooth operation of all e-commerce activities.Own the website’s conversion rate optimization (CRO), including A/B testing and the implementation of new features to improve user experience and boost sales.Take a leadership role in creating and refining processes and workflows for the digital marketing team, stepping into a true managerial role to drive team success.What You’ll Bring:Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experienceProficient in Shopify developmentStrong UX/UI design skills with experience creating wireframes and prototypes.Proficiency in design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.Experience with wireframing tools such as Sketch, InVision, or Adobe XD.Familiarity with UX testing and usability analysis for performance optimization.What You’ll Get:Competitive salary and performance incentivesMedical, dental, and vision benefits401(k) retirement planHybrid work model4 ½ Day Work WeekDiscretionary Time Off (DTO)Employee discounts for both JBW and BREDA brandsSpecial gift for new hiresSpecial gift for work anniversaries#J-18808-Ljbffr
