As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our mission, vision, and strategy by deeply understanding both user and business needs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll design intuitive, scalable systems that simplify complex workflows, such as trading, into intuitive experiences for financial advisors. You'll be a driving force in creating an industry-leading trading experience for RIAs, while also ensuring that the platform evolves with the needs of both users and the business.Your impactWork closely with Product and Engineering to visualize a revolutionary new platform for financial advisors and their clientsWork closely with the Trading team to build an industry-leading trading experience for RIAsBuild detailed product flows, including error states and edge casesDesign for both desktop and mobileApply data, research, and customer insights to design decisionsAlign with product and engineering to determine what success means for a given initiativeOwn the end-to-end design from ideation and research to executionIterate quickly through mockups and clickable prototypes that may range in fidelity and functionalityWork within defined timelines to prioritize your work for maximum impactWork within our existing styles and design system to create a cohesive experienceWhat you bring Experience - 5+ years of experience working as a Product Designer; at a B2B financial services, fintech, or SaaS organization Strong UX, visual design, and product thinking skillsComfort with an iterative design process using quantitative and qualitative data to inform design and product improvementsA love for testing prototypes to create seamless, intuitive user experiencesEducation - Ideally looking for a B.A. / B.S. degree in relevant fields such as Product Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a design related field.Technical aptitude - You're technologically savvy and can easily get up to speed on modern tech stacks and prototyping tools (i.e., Figma, Google Suite, Slack, etc.)Ownership - The pride you put into every aspect of your work is unparalleled and undeniableSuperb communication - Intentional dialogue is a superpower.
