UI/UX Designer 2 Job at Cullerton Group in Chicago

Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a UI/UX Designer 2 in Chicago, IL / Westminster, CO / Peoria, IL. The work will be done onsite. This is a long term contract. It can lead to permanent employment with our customer. Compensation is $106,000/yr + OT including benefits, vision, dental, health insurance, 401K and holiday pay. Cullerton Group will provide sponsorship.

• ?Education & Experience Required:Degree or equivalent ( 3+ years’ experience in User experience ) or Equivalent, they would need have obtained a UX program specific certification .
• Masters degree with 3+ years’ experience.

Technical Skills

(Required)

• Use design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps, skills etc.) and tools, along with design communication skills, to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. (70%)
• FIGMA (Design tool)
• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while considering business goals and technical constraints. (15%)
• Contribute to the design and definition of features, along with user research needs, to enable project or product delivery to drive outcomes and ensure high quality of design deliverables that adhere to our standards. (15%)

(Desired)

• Experience in working with multiple data streams
• Knowledge of component mgmt. and condition monitoring.
• Enterprise related and not ecommerce experience.
• Experience with enterprise B2B experience and not a customer facing tool.
