Salary: $20 Per hour
Job Summary:
Manipulate film and video footage to create a coherent and complete project that accurately depicts the film director’s vision. Mange material such as footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects to produce
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work with ODX Manager to establish the desire vision for each project being produced
- You may be required to work some weekends and nights to support ODC and Troy Brewer Ministries
- Gather and transfer all forms of media including audio, video, and graphic files to ensure each graphic is updated with correct spelling and formatting of all graphics and lower third ID’s
- Edit video to include preselected music, interviews, sound clips
- Ensure the correct audio, video, and graphic formatting for finalized videos according to production specifications
- Working with long-form and short-form videos to be put on digital channels, social, and internal videos
- Working with music, vocals, adding in
- Collaborating/working in a fast-paced environment on high-profile
- Edit videos for worship experiences, television, and digital video platforms
- Performs other duties related to the needs of the department.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Skilled in directing, shooting, and editing video
- Knowledge of lighting, sound, graphics, and video engineering
- Experience with After Effects and/or Premiere Pro
- Creative eye for storytelling through video
- Attention to detail and striving for excellence in production quality
- Effective leadership and development of volunteers
- Ability to work as part of a team
Education and Experience:
- Degree in film, television, video journalism or related field
- two years’ experience in video production, or equivalent experience
- Adobe After Effects
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at a time.
- Ability to arrange sets and lighting to capture professional video.
