The Role The Senior Video Editor is responsible for editing and post-production of video content for advertising campaigns, marketing materials, and promotional assets within the agency. This role involves collaborating with creative teams, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling, and delivering videos that resonate with the target audience and achieve client goals. The Senior Video Editor plays a crucial role in shaping the visual narrative, ensuring that videos are engaging, on-brand, and aligned with client messaging and objectives. Some of the Ways You’ll Make An Impact Handle all aspects of post-production, including ingesting media, editing, titles/graphics treatment, color correction, color grade, sound mixing, etc. Use video editing software and tools to refine content, including trimming, sequencing, adding visual effects, color correction, and sound editing. Integrate and edit audio elements, including voiceovers, sound effects, and music, to enhance the audio-visual experience. Create edits for social, branding, and commercial video spots The Value You’ll Bring 4+ years of advertising agency experience Expert knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator). Davinci Resolve a plus Strong design sensibility and an understanding of composition/layout, color, and typography Proven ability to execute big ideas in all areas of video production and motion graphics Ability to conceptualize fresh, on-trend ideas, both individually and as part of a group Expansive knowledge of video industry standard formats and digital media practices Comfortable working fast and within tight deadlines Well-versed in AI technology to enhance post-production processes Basic knowledge of implementing VFX models into the post-workflow Animation skills are a bonus What We Bring To The Table A hybrid work schedule (2 days in the office + 3 days remote) Unlimited PTO (and we really mean that) Amazing health benefits (including medical, dental and vision) No dress code--bring your full self to the office Opportunity for occasional travel We invest in your growth so we prioritize professional development opportunities Quarterly team building activity.
