Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager at Pinsy Shapewear. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns on Instagram and Tiktok, communication strategies, content creation and editing engaging content. This role is remote but we are seeking Los Angeles-based social media managers who are able to shoot content on set and organize shoots.
Responsibilities
Content Creation:
- Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with the brand's voice.
- Manage in-house content shoots, ensuring high-quality visuals and on-brand messaging.
- Craft engaging graphics, images, and videos for various social media platforms.
Video Production and Editing:
- Showcase video production and editing skills, including shooting and editing high-quality videos for social media accounts and social media advertising across Instagram and Tiktok.
- Utilize video editing software to create captivating, on-brand content.
- Editing of Social Media ads (Meta and Tiktok), both video and static ads
Social Media Management:
- Oversee day-to-day management, community building and engagement of all social media channels, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram.
- Implement strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics for campaign success.
- Create and edit content for TikTok Daily Posts
- Create and edit content for Instagram Daily Stories and Daily Reels
- Create and maintain a monthly calendar around social media events and campaigns
Graphic Design:
- Design on-brand graphics using tools like Canva, ensuring all graphic content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Responsible for creating all graphics for various ads, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Graphic creation for Homepage Banners, Website needs, and instagram stories/posts.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of social media management experience in the fashion or beauty industry.
- Showcase portfolio of edited instagram and tiktok videos and graphics
- Proficiency in video editing software and creative tools.
- Extensive experience with TikTok and Instagram platforms.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and emerging platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
