We are offering a contract-to-permanent employment opportunity for an Event Marketing Coordinator in Southeast Michigan. This candidate will be working in a hybrid workplace setting, with the majority of the week spent on-site and Fridays working from home. The job function centers around coordinating and managing various events and seminars, working closely with third-party marketing teams, and effectively utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage various seminars and events to engage targeted audiences • Collaborate with third-party marketing teams to develop and execute marketing strategies and plans • Review and approve marketing materials to ensure alignment with event objectives • Monitor and analyze post-event campaign performance, including lead generation, tracking, and data analytics • Utilize CRM systems effectively to manage customer data and marketing campaigns • Interact directly with customers and clients, including scheduling appointments and managing inquiries • Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns that support events and seminars • Bring innovative ideas and initiatives to the marketing team to improve event outcomes • Attend events and seminars, which may frequently occur on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings • Oversee event setup and attendee check-in, ensuring all presentation needs are met.• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Event Marketing Coordination or a related field.
• Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) software for managing customer interactions and data.
• Demonstrated skills in Calendar Management, ensuring all events are scheduled and coordinated efficiently.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with stakeholders and convey marketing messages effectively.
• Proven experience in Event Management, including planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events.
• Ability to create and manage Event Materials, such as brochures, banners, and promotional items.
• Experience in Email Marketing and Text Marketing, crafting engaging content to increase event awareness and attendance.
• Expertise in Data Management and Data-driven marketing, leveraging customer data to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of Database Marketing and Direct Marketing Campaigns to effectively reach the target audience.
• Familiarity with creating and managing Direct Mail Pieces and Direct Mail Campaigns.
• Proficiency in developing Marketing Material and coordinating Marketing Events.
• Strong understanding of Marketing Coordination and Marketing Communication principles.
• Experience in designing and implementing Integrated Marketing Campaigns and Integrated Marketing strategies.
• Understanding of Adverse event reporting and Audience development strategies.
• Proven ability to Coordinate Events, Develop Strategies, and manage Event Coordination logistics.
• Experience in Event Planning, Event Promotion, and Event Production.
• Knowledge of Lead Development strategies, including Lead Generation Campaigns and Lead Nurture techniques.
• Familiarity with Integrated Marketing Communication and Integrated Marketing Programs.
• Ability to design and implement Marketing Campaigns, Marketing Initiatives, and align them with Marketing Objectives.
• Proven track record in developing and executing Marketing Strategy.
• Strong understanding of Marketing Mix principles.
