Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, including conferences, trade shows, corporate meetings, and social gatherings.
- Coordinate logistics for events, such as vendor setup, catering arrangements, transportation, and registration.
- Manage event registration lists, prepare attendee badges, and ensure accurate guest check-in procedures.
- Assist in setting up and tearing down event spaces, including decorations, signage, audio-visual equipment, and seating arrangements.
- Serve as an on-site point of contact to troubleshoot issues and provide support for attendees, vendors, and staff.
- Maintain accurate records of event expenses, receipts, and invoices for budget tracking.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve attendee engagement and enhance event experiences.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and analyze results to suggest improvements for future events.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with event management software or CRM tools is a plus.
