Overview:
Pine Apparel is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Stylist
to elevate our women's apparel collection through innovative styling strategies. A significant focus is on understanding our B2B buyer and creating an appealing presentation of our product. Our
Stylist
is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of product launches and updates on Pine Apparel’s website. The preferred candidate will provide image editing and support of our website to enhance customer engagement, increase conversion rates, boost revenue, and improve customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Styling Leadership: Develop and manage styling strategies for product content across our brands, staying ahead of trends and collaborating with sales and marketing teams. Lead the styling of apparel and gear for photography and videography, ensuring high-quality visual outcomes in collaboration with studio teams and stakeholders.Project Management: Oversee model selection and fittings. with stakeholders to set goals, create schedules, and meet production deadlines while identifying improvement opportunities. Define creative direction for photo shoots in partnership with marketing and brand managers, overseeing the entire planning process. Create and manage shot lists to ensure all visuals are captured effectively from concept to completion.Sample Management: Coordinate with Sourcing & Inventory Managers to ensure timely availability of product samples for shoots. Facilitate the acquisition of missing vendor images for product detail pages.Photo Editing: Image editing with a keen eye for detail ensuring final images look polished and professional. Complete retouching of high-resolution digital files. Review new photography and color correct to match product samples. Add paths and shadows. Ensure final print projects contain proper images. Proof for quality and color accuracy.Additional Duties: Track photos for our website from concept to completion. Assist with website accuracy. Perform other related tasks as assigned.Qualifications:Apparel experience - ability to merchandise & display fashion apparel, understand fabrics, knowledge of women's apparel sizing and industry terms.Proficiency in imaging and retouching software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom), Canva, or other specialized color correction/retouching tools.Associate's degree in fashion merchandising, visual arts, or a related field (preferred).Experience in eCommerce/Social Media (preferred).Skillful in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook,
Excel,
PowerPoint and Word).Benefits: Hybrid position (must be able to work in office a couple days per week), M- F work week, profit sharing bonus, health insurance, 401K match, clothing discount, holiday savings match, CE/tuition assistance, paid time off.Compensation: Based on industry experience.
