Qualifications:3+ years of experience in Interior Design role in home furnishings setting or design firm. Existing trade relationships are a plus but not required.Highly motivated, organized, detail oriented and consistently resourcefulDemonstrates passion for providing exceptional customer experiencesExperience managing client projects from start to finishExceptional verbal and written communication skills when interacting with customers and vendor partnersKindness and patienceMust be very comfortable leveraging technology to support our business needs - Experience using Shopify, Shopify POS, Zendesk, Google Suite, Google Meet, Room Planner or equivalentAbility to leverage and adhere to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Available to work in our Montclair, NJ showroom full time, 5 days per week. Weekends required. Flex schedule for 1 weekend off each month.
