About the Role:We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization efforts, drive organic growth, and elevate our online presence. This role is an opportunity to be a subject matter expert (SME) in SEO, combining technical and strategic expertise to maximize our search engine performance. This is a hybrid role based in Princeton, NJ, with a competitive salary offering based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, conversions, and brand visibility.Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to identify opportunities for optimization.Lead on-page and off-page optimization efforts, ensuring compliance with search engine best practices.Analyze and interpret SEO performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve KPIs.Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to align SEO with broader marketing goals.Provide thought leadership and up-to-date knowledge on SEO trends and algorithm changes.Mentor and guide junior team members (if applicable).
Qualifications:Proven track record in SEO management, including hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, technical SEO, link-building strategies, and best practices.Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and adjust SEO strategies accordingly.Strong communication and project management skills.Leadership experience preferred but not required.
