POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department, where you will play a crucial role in crafting high-quality graphics for proposals, presentations, and marketing assets. In this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with our technical and sales teams to gather content, create and edit graphics and images, and execute design work within deadlines.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, skillfully balancing competing deadlines while juggling multiple projects. Your ability to seek clarity on design direction and translate that into engaging visuals is key to your success. With a strong creative vision and a passion for effective communication through design, you will help us elevate our brand and connect with our clients in impactful ways.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with internal professionals to create high-quality technical graphics used for proposals, project interviews, public presentations, and marketing materials.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines and expectations are met.Design layouts for print and web including logos, websites, brochures, direct mail, advertisements, posters, video graphics, and exhibitor booths.Additional marketing responsibilities may include video production and external/internal communications, as needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Must have an intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.Experience with CAD is preferred but not required.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.3-5 years graphic design experience (corporate environment preferred).Experience with video editing and photography is preferred but not required.Strong oral and written communication skills.Must have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail (design, grammar, proofreading).Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate on design concepts that align with business needs.Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to teach others.Familiarity with AEC Industry is preferred but not required.
