Our Design and Customer Experience design organization is growing our team with a Senior Content Designer who will create content, design journeys and deliver experiences for our customers that are simple and secure.

You are a creative, empathetic and resourceful Content Designer who will join and contribute to our travel offerings team. You will partner with product, design, research and technology to build human-centered experiences that educate and inspire our consumer banking customers. As a member of our Design and Customer Experience team, you’ll design products across each step of product creation, from ideation to launch and beyond.

As a Senior Content Designer, you’ll provide content support to make sure projects meet business goals and deadlines.

Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop content, shape design strategy and advocate for the customer in partnership with Experience Design, Research, Product Management and Engineers across Connected CommerceIdeate, discover, prototype, build and iterate to validate customer problems and deliver customer-centric solutionsParticipate in customer research to understand customer needs and behaviors to see how your solutions work for users, with the support and guidance of Experience ResearchersIdentify and incorporate different kinds of data (research findings, analytics) into content strategyDeliver content components (UI language, product education, etc.) and lead content governance and approvals processPresent work, articulate strategy and impact of content decisions to leadershipUse and actively contribute to content systems (standards, voice and tone, messaging, and accessibility libraries)

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and SkillsBachelor’s Degree or certification from credible bootcamp or similar accelerated learning program, or equivalent work experienceSelf-directed in both planning and structuring your effort, and executing with expected levels of quality; you don’t need someone guiding you through the workPrior work involves collaboration within design teams (with other Product Designers, UX Researchers, and Content Designers) and cross-functionally with Product Managers, and EngineersAdvanced skills in UX Writing and Information Architecture; Intermediate ability in adjacent skills such as User Research, Interaction Design, and Visual UI DesignExperience working with brand and copy standards, including style, voice and toneComfortable and confident when presenting work to cross-functional DirectorsThorough knowledge of English language, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and usage
