Primary Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be instrumental in overseeing the review and approval of advertising, promotional materials as well as product labeling across the portfolio.

Requirements:Expertise in regulatory affairs, particularly in advertising and promotion.Strong project management skills.Ability to provide strategic vision and a detail-oriented approach.Experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical devices.Excellent cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.
The
Senior Director's responsibilities will be:Provide regulatory expertise to the Public Communications Review Committee (PCRC) to ensure compliance for all external communications.Oversee regulatory submissions and lead the review of promotional materials.Align communication strategies with the latest regulatory standards.Manage end-to-end regulatory support for product labeling, including submissions to Health Authorities (USPI, EU PI, ROW labeling).Oversee the development and revision of labeling content, ensuring global alignment with company standards.Serve as the primary regulatory liaison to departments such as commercial, medical affairs, and legal.Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives and maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory developments.
Compensation:$230,000 to $235,000 per annum
