You are an energetic, collaborative, and results-driven visual merchandising professional with experience in adapting visual strategies on a global scale. What You’ll Do:
Global Showrooms:Collaborate with global merchandising teams to translate product strategies into engaging presentations.Manage the showroom calendar and coordinate efforts with other visual team members. Proactively plan showroom activations, including installation and deinstallation dates, in partnership with the visual design team.Oversee showroom photography and archiving processes.Participate in market walkthroughs and discussions with regional teams.
Visual Guidelines and Training Tools:Assist in the development of visual merchandising guidelines, working closely with graphics teams on content creation.Collaborate with regional visual teams to adapt global guidelines to local markets while maintaining brand consistency.Contribute to the creation of training materials and visual tools in partnership with regional teams.Ensure visual standards guides are up-to-date across different channels in collaboration with communications teams.Partner with communications teams to produce video content to support regional styling efforts.
Visual Merchandising:Support the ongoing evolution of the global visual strategy.Provide monthly photo feedback to regional teams.Occasionally provide field support for seasonal launches or new store openings.Support the creation of visual strategies for upcoming seasons in collaboration with global merchandising and visual teams as part of the global mock shop process.Organize fixtures, mannequins, and samples for mock shop setups and review regional final buys.Work with senior visual managers to create shoot lists for mock shop activities and coordinate with regional teams to capture specific regional requirements.Partner with design and graphics teams to test prototypes as part of the mock shop process.
You’ll Need to HaveBachelor’s degree in visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Marketing, or a related field.3-5 years experience required in visual merchandising, preferably with global or regional responsibilities.
We’d Love to SeeStrong understanding of visual merchandising principles and practices with a keen eye to detail.Proven ability to translate product strategies into visually compelling presentations.Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different departments.Adaptability and creativity in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours during key project phases or store openings.Ability to lift and move visual merchandising props and materials as needed.
