This role is onsite in Irving, TX.
A remote schedule will be considered for exceptional candidates, but local to DFW is highly preferred.

This seasoned Sr. Experience Designer will work closely with other designers, stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to plan, design and build digital products within the large-scale Enterprise products space. The UX Designer should have empathy for our users, be a creative problem solver, and be able to articulate the reasons behind a design. The ideal candidate has experience across many design disciplines and is highly knowledgeable about the latest interaction and design standards.
The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Figma and FigJam, IOS/Material design best practices, Design system experience, skilled in facilitating cross-functional workshops, and adept at presenting designs effectively.
Prior experience in designing consumer-facing mobile apps is essential.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for designing, developing & productizing holistic digital experiencesAdvocate for the user while working closely with product managers to strategically solve complex problemsCreate flows, sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and other design artifacts to define andcommunicate end-to-end user experiences.Drives user-centric, iterative, and collaborative design process revolving around rapid prototyping, user research, continuous improvement & deploymentContributes to coherent visual and interaction designs across flows and channelsEmerging recognition that it's not all about UX, but how UX contributes to a broader goalWork with UX research to plan user testing sessions and translate research findings into future design deliverables.Collaborate with the product team to evaluate and prioritize features balancing business and end user needsParticipate in and/or organize design workshops (in-person and remote) to drive discovery and better understand the user's needsConfidently present UX/UI designs to stakeholders, users, and development teams in formal and informal settings.Articulate and demonstrate how design solutions address user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and other project requirements.Qualifications
5 plus years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in B2B space5+ years of leading end-to-end mobile and consumer-facing applicationsBachelor's degree, or equivalent work experienceOnline portfolio demonstrating your recent work experience with case studies illustrating the entire user centered design processMastery of design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Abstract, and InVision.Excellent proficiency in Figma, Figjam and Adobe suite of design toolsPrevious experience working on e-commerce apps and websitesAdvanced knowledge of responsive design and familiarity with related development techniquesExceptional time management skills and the ability to execute on multiple projects with concurrent timelinesUnderstanding of agile methodologies and how UX integrates into the agile/scrum processExperience organizing or participating in design workshopsExcellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentationRelentless curiosity about people, technology, design, and life
