The Global Business Solutions, SMB Marketing Team's purpose is to make TikTok the most relevant growth platform for small, medium, and mid-market businesses, providing education, guidance, and showcasing success. As part of the Global SMB Team, the SMB Marketing Team works in close collaboration with the SMB Sales and SMB Product teams, becoming the champions of SMB audiences, continually optimizing performance-driven messaging strategies and customer journeys. About the Role The ideal candidate is a skilled marketer and a creative thinker but is first and foremost a visionary strategist. Candidates should have prior experience designing and executing multi-channel customer experiences and managing ecosystem strategies and implementation.
Responsibilities Drive new and existing customer revenue, product adoption for SMBs & mid-market clients through innovative strategies, education, and goal ownership for non-commerce. SMB Revenue Growth Strategies - Align with Sales, Growth and Product to define opportunity size, prioritize support for owned products, build a seamless client experience, and understand key success drivers. - Lead GTM narrative, campaign strategy, and "wrapper" by collaborating with stakeholders to define product value propositions, craft joint integrated marketing plans (webinars, events, web, social, email and more), insight-driven toolkits, campaigns, narratives, pitch packages, and verticalized content / strategies. - Amplify product adoption strategies and narratives to drive maximum impact - Advocate for customer focus based on data and research, influencing internal teams to prioritize SMB needs and solution-based narratives. Campaign Execution, Management and Measurement - Develop and maintain launch calendars to deliver KPIs for priority products on time and on budget, highlighting barriers and opportunities along the way. - Track and analyze marketing performance across all campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and continuously iterate for better results. - Share best practices, collaborate with regional counterparts, and contribute to broader team initiatives for full-funnel success across leads, new revenue and incremental revenue. Content Strategy and Development - Oversee high-quality content creation across formats, manage internal/external vendors (writers, designers, creators, agencies) to develop assets. - Focus on content as an input to success with ultimate responsibility of driving a comprehensive campaign in partnership with Product, Sales, Growth, and GBS (e.g. Marketing Solutions) in joint narratives, events, campaigns and packages. - Identify and package successful regional platform content strategies for global scaling and leverage across other regions.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Minimum 4 years of experience in a product strategy or content strategy role. - A deep understanding of the Small, Medium & Mid-market Non-commerce industries and products, specifically going deep in 2 or more of below: 1. Education, Insurance, Real Estate, Auto, Jobs, NPO (Lead Ads) 2. Finserv, Entertainment, Dating, and Apps (App ads) 3. Food & Beverage, Dining, Travel, Tech, Sports - Experience designing and executing content strategies and analyzing content strategy performance. - Expert written and verbal communicator, with the ability to articulate abstract concepts.
Preferred Qualifications - Ability to identify opportunities, develop project scope and independently lead ideation and execution. - Experience within a top-tier creative agency, brand creative group or a strategy role within a technology company. - Experience leading and collaborating across broader teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to define product value propositions and GTM plans. - Confidence in crafting integrated marketing plans encompassing various channels.
