The major function of this position is:
Assist in the planning, creating, and execution of professional, email and social marketing programs, to help drive Corporate Gifts sales goals through the below activities.
The principal responsibilities and duties of this position are:Assist Manager, Marketing & Operations Corporate Gifts and Sr. Director Corporate Gifts with overall corporate gifts marketing initiative planning.Maintain and coordinate annual marketing communication project plan ensuring alignment of internal and external resources to established goals and objectives.Work with sales team to obtain an in-depth understanding of their marketing needs.Assist in developing and refining marketing goals, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and branding in consultation with management staff.Creation, management, and execution of all campaign schedules, in collaboration with creative design, IT, digital team and product team to ensure the accuracy and coordination of all campaign details.Ensures all Corporate Gifts marketing materials are aligned with Maui Jim brand guidelines and consistent with key messaging.Coordinate all Corporate Gifts communications for both internal and external use including writing and editing of the copy for marketing and sales team use, which includes scripted campaign procedures for new and ongoing marketing campaigns.Research, produce, and market high quality content for inbound and outbound marking efforts (including single source and reuse opportunities), to position Maui Jim Corporate Gifts as the industry leader and for the sales' team's use, including but not limited to website, social media, company blog, emails, press releases, videos, case studies, white papers, catalogs, landing web pages and paid or trade advertisements.Manage digital assets, content management systems and marketing automation.Develop and support lead generation activities and help shape the journey of a lead to a paying account, including the input/update of database records in salesforce.comMonitor ongoing and targeted campaigns to ensure ongoing success through regular performance reporting, data analysis and optimization. Including but not limited to click through rates, conversion rates, and other campaign results.Stay current with industry trends by conducting market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities.Assist with industry tradeshow preparation.Attend industry tradeshows.Manage online presence including website, search engine optimization, search engine marketing (paid search/PPC), press releases, videos, email campaigns, company blog and social media, working with relevant internal and external support teams as necessary.Other Duties:
Assist in database configuration.Assist Sales Support as requested or required.Perform other work-related tasks as requested or required.Limited travel to promotional and sales events.Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing. 2+ years of customer service experience. 2+ years of Salesforce.com experience.
Desired Qualifications in lieu of education
4+ years of advanced customer service experience.
