eCommerce Marketing Coordinator

The e-Commerce Marketing Coordinator is a data-driven and results-oriented individual who will play a key role in optimizing and managing sales funnels to drive business growth and customer engagement. You will be responsible for building and monitoring funnel assets, analyzing funnel performance data to identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with various departments to improve conversion rates, customer retention, and overall revenue generation.
What You'll Do:
Analyzing performance metrics and identifying bottlenecks. Providing data-driven recommendations for optimizing CVR, CAC, AOV, and LTV. Continuously improving landing pages, upsells, email, and SMS flows. Conducting market research and managing A/B testing. Collaborating with teams on email/SMS campaign optimization. What You'll Bring:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations. Experience with funnel performance metrics, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization. Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Postscript, and other relevant marketing tools. Proven ability to run and analyze A/B tests for optimizing conversion rates. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and market research practices.
