We are searching for a Sales/E-Commerce Intern to join our team in our Los Angeles office. The Sales/E-commerce department is a six-person team giving the right candidate a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in many areas. Who are we looking for? Someone who is proactive, organized and works well with numbers / databases. Film, pop culture enthusiasm and Computer Science education or experience are a plus.

Responsibilities:Collaborate with the email marketing team to create engaging content within the email platform to drive sales, deliver transactional messaging, and enhance consumer awareness for the brand.Social media enthusiast with an eye for researching, creating, and testing concepts and campaigns.Manage and refine product merchandising across various e-commerce platforms, including product categorization, and site content.Analyze site performance metrics, customer behavior data, and sales trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.Receive training to deliver level one customer support for the Shout! fan base.Position Requirements

Some previous work in a structured business environment is preferred.Ability to take direction, work well with a small team, and manage shifting priorities.Must be detail oriented and understand the effect of their contribution on the final work product.Excellent verbal/written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.A high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong interest and appreciation for online sales, entertainment and pop culture is preferred.The best candidate will have an interest in the ever-changing universe of the world of ecommerce and web sales technology.Experience in Shopify and Photoshop, Canva, etc. a plus.
