Working as part of the EOS team providing AV solutions and services on site interfacing with the designated client in line with the customer requirements and service level agreement.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead the Installation and de-installation of AV/Telepresence productsConfiguration of endpoints and infrastructurePreparation of room audits ensuring technology can work at optimum levelPerform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and room is ready for useResponsible for identifying defective/failed equipment and providing solutionsCompletion of Post Installation AssessmentsPerform on site User Acceptance testingInstall software upgradesAct as a point of escalation for technical issues and provide solutions for ongoing faultsCommunicate with management team throughout the day, as it relates to assignmentsProject reporting and updatingDocument and report hardware failures also manage Break/Fix and RMA requests as neededSupervise, instruct and help with rack building processesTravel to customer sites nationally as requiredESSENTIAL CRITERIA:Must have experience leading teams of AV Technicians or EngineersExperience Terminating, Configuring and Programming at least one of the following types of equipment: Extron, Cisco, Crestron and/or AMXMust be able to read and understand plans to ensure everything is done correctly and then do any additional configuration that is requiredMust have similar experience working on AV/ VC integrationsMust be agile, and exhibit a strong sense of urgencyMust be responsive, efficient, have excellent customer interaction, and exhibit a high level of professionalismThe ideal candidate will not find difficult tech problems deterring or frustrating, but intriguing and will welcome the challengeMust be comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment, under immense pressure.
