We are working with our client in locating a Content Coordinator to to assist with a project to create AI-generated answers to HR questions. The platform with initially launch in Mexico and expand to other regions such as Canada or the UK. The role focuses on creating knowledge articles from existing content based on common employee questions and answers provided by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Role Requirements:
Top Skills and Experience:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to simplify complex information
- Interpersonal skills, particularly in reaching out to SMEs and obtaining necessary content
- Proactive in seeking help when needed and comfortable asking questions
- Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in onsite settings with SMEs
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, including Teams, Excel, and Word
Nice to Have:
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or French Canadian
Daily Activities:
- Collaborate with SMEs to gather answers to frequently asked employee questions
- Transfer information into article templates, ensuring quality and consistency
- Apply critical thinking to clarify and expand content where needed
- Maintain effective communication with SMEs to fill content gaps or validate information
Deliverables:
- Compiled knowledge articles in standardized templates (e.g., Word documents)
- Consolidated content tracking in Excel, as needed for monitoring progress and article status
Hardware and Licensing:
- Client will provide necessary equipment, including tool licenses and laptop
This role is ideal for an individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful rollout.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 1 year
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Virtual
The pay range is $35 to $40 per hour on a W2 basis. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
