The design bar here is VERY high, and they wont just be designing trainings. Theyll also do other internal communications.Hard skillsVisual DesignerKeynote Presentation ExperienceTeaching/Orientation DeveloperInstructional Designer (storytelling)Communication StrategistResponsibilities: Contribute to the intake, shape, brief, and execution of our Music campaigns, stunts and activationsSupport other members of the Content Strategy & Planning team on projects as neededNavigate the content levers and understand capabilities of our platform to ensure the smooth launch of campaigns you are planning and the development of best practicesManage and maintain weekly cross-functional meetings with key stakeholders to provide updates on plans across the Music and with music / artists in programsTrack and communicate timing of launches and phases via thorough documentationCreate, maintain and document workflows for the Content Strategy & Planning team that streamline and socialize processDevelop and maintain a series of communications and reports to be shared with the wider business to keep them across the content strategy and development plansWork with the cross-functional teams to develop and define capacity and timelines for all key projectsWork hand-in-hand with the Production team and support the gathering of deliverables and adherence to timelinesRequirements: 7+ years experience in editorial campaign planning & production or a similar roleCore understanding of music digital platforms and experience working on content related projects, including end-to-end management from creative storytelling concept development to launching multi-phase programs in partnerships with Production, and other stakeholdersOutstanding attention to detailCreative strategy background that helps you articulate the why behind campaignsExperience developing creative briefsExperience running internal, cross-functional meetings to both present and voice strategy and direction to stakeholdersProblem-solver: the ability to anticipate and troubleshoot issues amidst the workflowExcellent presentation and deck-making skills - Keynote experience preferredHigh degree of ownership and accountabilityPassion for music, pop culture and the digital entertainment landscapebility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain focused while juggling multiple tasks, opinion and perspectivesProven interpersonal skills with emphasis on building productive and positive relationshipsDeep understanding of video and audio content formatsMindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.
