This is the job for you!Job SummaryCreative Director for Western Packaging will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of creative development, design, and branding strategies. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and production team to ensure our packaging solutions are according to specks and aesthetically appealing to be aligned with our brand identity and customer needs. In addition, keeping show rooms presentable, signage updated and help in problem solving with sales and production team. You will report to the Integrated Operations ManagerKey Responsibilities: Include but not limited to:Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the WP's branding objectives.Conceptualize innovative packaging designs that enhance product visibility, usability, and appeal.Ensure all packaging designs reflect the brand and maintain consistency across all product lines.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand consumer preferences, developing these insights into design decisions.Stay updated on industry trends, and innovative packaging solutions.Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation in packaging design and materials.Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to develop packaging solutions that enhance product appeal and clients' requestsOversee quality control processes, by collaborating with production team to ensure the design specifications.Review prototypes and mock-ups to evaluate design concepts before production.Qualifications and Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.bility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Industrial Design, Packaging Design, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role within the packaging industry.Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design expertise and creativity.Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CAD tools).Knowledge of printing processes, materials, and manufacturing techniques related to packaging.Understanding of sustainability principles in packaging design and materials.bility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and business needs.
