OverviewThe Director of Creative Operations partners with Outbound Marketing leaders to evaluate, optimize, and document operational processes while leading the Creative Studio in planning and communications. You deeply understand the broader business and marketing and product strategies, staying connected to the pulse of the team to drive operational excellence, optimize workflows, amplify value, and boost engagement. This role focuses on studio-wide operational excellence, efficiency, and engagement, including the development of operating plans, workflows, and models that simplify complexity in communications, training, and financials. You will ensure that the organization has the tools and processes needed to deliver top-tier creative work with maximum efficiency. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the broader marketing organizations, contributing insights and connecting the right experts to ensure the studio's voice is integrated and aligned with the business's rhythm.How You'll Make An Impact:Lead the development of annual operating plans and studio objectives, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and priorities for marketing campaigns and creative tactical execution.Oversee the creation and ongoing management of annual operating budgets, including forecasting, reviews, and financial reporting.Partner with leadership and team experts to establish and enhance best practices across key studio capabilities: creative, content, account/project management, resource management, digital asset management, and event production.Support and guide the Creative Operations teams in refining and optimizing operational capabilities.Develop and drive leadership communications, including meeting agendas, guiding discussions, synthesizing notes, and ensuring actionable follow-ups. Establish a regular cadence for internal communications, studio-wide meetings, and manager check-ins to promote transparency and celebrate successes.What You Bring: Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required.Work Experience: 15+ years of proven experience in creative operations, program and project and event Management, within an internal brand studio and/or agency environment.Experience and familiarity with key marketing platforms and tools such as Adobe, Workfront, Salesforce and Marketo.Worked in a fast-paced, high-volume matrixed corporate or agency environment.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information for diverse audiences.Understands what drives value for the studio and the business, prioritizing efforts to maximize impact.Location: Bio-Rad is pleased to offer the flexibility of a hybrid work environment for this role, 3 days in office, 2 days remote, working out of the Hercules CA officeTotal Rewards Package: At Bio-Rad, we're empowered by our purpose and recognize that our employees are as well. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.
