This high speed role requires a great deal of complex problem-solving across time zones, and tireless entrepreneurial spirit. You will be shaping the landscape of the product strategy for building a secure platform and we expect you to find solutions and create opportunities with a minimum of hand-holding. We are largely unencumbered by red tape, but building process is a critical step towards scale - be prepared to build a structure that empowers ongoing, sustainable rapid growth.
The US product team will focus on understanding our users, identifying opportunity areas, prioritizing the problems we must to solve, and rapidly creating innovative user experience solutions. We are looking for an experienced product managers to continually push the innovation bar on how we optimize products to drive new and existing user engagement and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product strategy and execution for features and programs designed to empower and support our creators at each step of the creator life cycle(publish, edit, analyze, monetize, etc;
- Develop and thoroughly present product launch strategy and go-forward recommendations;
- Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write product specs and workflows, and coordinate cross-functionally;
- Educate and influence both leaders and a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders to secure buy-in on product strategy and roadmap;
- Spark innovation within the teams responsible for creator success on the platform;
- Drive product delivery in line with predefined targets/ OKRs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience building creator features or managing creator programs at a consumer-focused technology company;
- Experience optimizing and managing large-scale features, products, or programs that have a direct impact on users' experience;
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role;
- Experience performing product-oriented quantitative and statistical analysis, communicating results and insights to cross-functional partners;
- Demonstrate empathy for our creators and their fans, expertly balancing the needs of both to create delightful product experiences;
- Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels;
Preferred Qualification:
- Knowledge of user-generated content platforms is a plus
- Experience with consumer products is a plus
