We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wedding Sales Specialist to join our team at Walters Wedding Estates Design Center. This role is pivotal in helping clients explore and secure all-inclusive vendor packages through the Walters Collective. As a Wedding Sales Specialist, you will guide couples through our Design Center, showcasing vendor services such as floral, photography, catering, DJ services, stationery, attire, and more to create seamless and unforgettable event experiences.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct in-person and virtual tours at the Design Center for potential clients, introducing them to our comprehensive vendor and ancillary service packages.
- Build relationships with couples to understand their event needs and present tailored solutions through the Walters Collective.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our all-inclusive packages, ensuring clients understand how working with our in-house vendors creates a cohesive and streamlined planning experience.
- Schedule consultations for clients with in-house vendors, providing clear information on services, packages, and pricing.
- Follow up with clients post-tour to address any questions, provide additional information, and secure vendor bookings.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs related to tours, bookings, and revenue generation.
- Collaborate closely with the Venue Sales Specialists and planning teams to ensure seamless integration of vendor services into clients' overall wedding or event plans.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and bookings in CRM software.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by offering a personal, consultative approach to every client interaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or event planning, preferably within the wedding or hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and close sales.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and KPIs.
- Familiarity with wedding and event vendor services is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
- Physical Requirements: Lifting up to 15lbs and walking/standing for 8-10 hours
- Submit to a background & drug test, have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Schedule:
- Full-time: must be available to work on weekends, evenings and holidays
- Base + Uncapped Commission: Earning potential $70,000-$100,000 annually
- Quarterly Bonus opportunities based on sales performance
