Job DetailsLevelEntryJob LocationRegional MA - Bentonville, AREducation LevelBachelor's DegreeJob CategoryRetailDescriptionDesigner IJob Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Designer will use 2D and 3D software to assist the Design Team in the development of designs and drafting construction documents in support of clients' building programDesigner should utilize education and experience to independently tackle challenges as they arise on projects with the support of Design Team lead.Designer shall gain experience evaluating client requirements, building code, and zoning regulations to develop design recommendations.Provide technical design planning and coordination in a collaborative and multi-disciplined environmentJob Duties include but are not limited to: Produce accurate construction documents detailing the clients vision and goalsDocument and analyze existing building conditions to produce as-built documents and reports (Travel required)Conduct building code analysis and research regulatory requirements to determine design constraintsDevelop design options and alternatesCoordinate building components and systems with other disciplines to develop construction documents based on the clients requirementsDesigner shall perform quality control of their own work prior to giving to the Architect ofRecord for signing and sealingDepending on needs of client and team, Designer could have direct contact with client on a regular basisAbout HFAHFA is a multidisciplinary architectural, engineering, and interior design firm who thrives in a people first driven environment.
