We are looking for a Digital Designer for one of our insurance clients. This will be a hybrid position in Hartford, CT, and a one-year engagement starting in early December. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, have extensive experience in the production end of print and static digital design, and have corporate, studio, or agency experience.RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop concepts and designs while keeping in mind the strategic business goals of the project as well as accessibility complianceDesign according to client’s specific brand guidelinesCollaborate with other team membersMulti-task, prioritize, problem-solve and work independentlyWork on multiple projects with constantly changing deadlinesImage searching, retouching, and manipulationQUALIFICATIONS: A.A., B.F.A., or equivalent experience preferredProficient in Creative Cloud (i.e. InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)3-5 years of experience in corporate, studio, or agencyStrong skill set in graphs and chartsAn exceptional online portfolio showcasing innovative design solutionsSelf-starter capable of delivering creative ideasComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentHighly organized and detail-orientedCollaborative, responsible, and conscientiousShows extraordinary attention to detailThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $40.00 to $45.00 an hour.
