We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer with extensive experience in designing for prominent national brands. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating advertising materials, website designs, packaging, wall coverings, logos, print collateral, and branded signage.Requirements:Strong expertise in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe XD)Experience with motion graphics and After Effects is a plusPlease submit your portfolio along with your application.Must be able to work onsite at Atlanta office starting 5 days per week to complete training.POSITION SUMMARY: The Sr. Graphic Designer oversees the artistic development of design materials for our clientsDevelops graphics used in a variety of creative projects, including branded environments, presentations, brochures, manuals, brand identity, and POP promotions, in-store marketing campaigns and wayfinding signage. Designs will integrate typographic, photographic, illustrative, and graphic elements and must support a sound creative strategy. Must possess strong brand identity experience and show supporting work samples. The position requires taking broad strategic design direction from account creative directors and executing/managing design standards across multiple channels. The position requires attention to detail, a careful eye for consistency, and multiple project organization. Clear, articulate communication and effective presentation skills are desired. The Sr. Graphic Designer works with Art Directors, Design Directors, Marketing, Project Managers, and Environmental Designers to develop comprehensive concepts and specializes in Adobe design software.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Responsible for sound, strategic thinking for integrated campaign work including merchandising, navigation, collateral, and environmental communicationsMaintain graphic identities for clients across all channelsMust work closely and collaboratively with the project team (Art Director, Design Director, Environmental Designer, Project Managers, and Production Artist) to strategically implement strong graphic conceptsResponsible for presentational materialsMust be able to research stock photography and trends associated with project initiativesResponsible for the final production-ready design, layout, and collection of materials/filesResponsible for attending press checks to ensure graphic quality standardsMust be organized, detail-oriented, and practice good digital filing/housekeepingMust be able to juggle multiple projects and adapt quickly to changes in schedules and prioritiesPunctuality and regular attendance are requiredDesign intent/Spec workPresents with poise, authority, and clarityResponds appropriately to questions, objectives, or challengesEffectively communicates by adjusting style, tone, and level of detail appropriate to the audience and occasionApplies knowledge to identify issues and internal problems and works to develop solutionsDemonstrates business foresight along with the ability to integrate diverse perspectivesAssess the difficulty of initiatives, identifies processes and actions associated with complex initiativesElicits feedback from customers. Considers both short-term and long-term interests of the customer when making decisionsTakes responsibility to resolve customer concernsCreates clear objectives and actionable goals for direct reportsPOSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:Education: Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college, University, or art school in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Communications, or a closely related fieldExperience: 4-6 years preferred. Strong print background/print knowledge; brand identity and brand design management preferred. The exhibit, tradeshow or retail design experience is a plus.Special Skills/Qualifications : Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, Adobe XD), CAD tools optional.
