This is a full-time position; the schedule is generally Monday-Friday for a total of 40 hours/week.This Might Be For You If...You are a gifted, multi-faceted designer with a track record of producing show-stopping content across a range of formats-graphic design, video, and photography-that inspires and engages.You are a visionary creative who excels in translating abstract concepts into tangible, impactful designs that capture attention and inspire spiritual transformation.You have a passion for leading others, investing in the growth of your team, and fostering a collaborative, high-energy environment.You're adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional quality and creativity.You thrive as a servant leader who leads out of your spiritual disciplines, modeling a lifestyle that reflects the heart of the ministry.Key Responsibilities:Creative Leadership & Content Creation Create compelling multimedia content and assets (graphic design, video, photography, etc.) in collaboration with Ministry Leaders, ensuring alignment with Liquid's branding and mission.Produce high-quality designs for digital, print, and social media platforms to promote events, message series, and ministry initiatives.Develop creative concepts for special events, message series branding, promotional materials, and campaigns, ensuring consistency and innovation across all touchpoints.Participate in brainstorming and executing major events (Easter, Christmas, Baptisms), contributing ideas for materials and initiatives.Champion the Creative Arts department's processes, asset management, and design systems.Coach & Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.Collaboration Work closely with the Traffic Manager to ensure creative requests and project deliverables are executed on time.Collaborate with the Teaching Pastors, Ministry Partners, and the Creative Team to support Liquid Church's overall vision and initiatives.Mentor and invest in the growth of fellow designers and team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to elevate the overall competency of the creative team.Cultivate strong relationships with ministry partners (internal "clients"), helping them articulate their creative needs and ensuring the successful execution of their vision.Special Events & Staff Engagement Active participant in all church-wide events. (Big Sundays, Christmas, Outreach events, etc.)All hands on deck for All Staff Meetings, Gospel Hour, Coaching Network & special events where media & production support is needed. (conferences, non-church events)Live out the staff values of trust, excellence & humility in all interactions and work.Actively engage in personal spiritual growth, modeling the 7 proven practices for flourishing spiritually.Invest in your personal and professional development, including honing your design skills, learning new tools, and integrating AI technologies into your workflow.Engage actively in staff development opportunities, participating in staff classes and events that foster spiritual growth and leadership development.Skills & Qualifications: A portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative expertise in graphic design, video production, photography, and multimedia content creation.Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, AI platforms, etc.) and other design software.Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing or mentoring creative teams.Strong understanding of branding and design principles and how to apply them to different platforms (print, digital, social media).A heart for ministry and a desire to use your creative gifts to further the mission of Liquid Church.Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.Additional Requirements Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years' experience in graphic design, video, or multimedia content creation.Familiarity with Slack, Asana, AI platforms is a plus.Why You'll Love This Role: The opportunity to create high-impact multimedia content that directly supports the church's mission to saturate the state with the Gospel.A collaborative, creative environment where your ideas and expertise are valued.The chance to mentor and develop others, contributing to the growth of the entire creative team.The ability to shape and refine the creative processes that drive church-wide initiatives and special events.ABOUT LIQUIDLiquid Church is a Bible-based, Christ-centered evangelical megachurch with a vision to "Saturate the State with the Gospel of Jesus Christ."
