We are actively exploring national markets such as New York City, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas, and international markets including Paris, London, Dubai, and Mexico City for potential expansion opportunities.Summary :The Motion Graphic Designer is responsible for designing internal and external collateral following strict RDG style guidelines and brand standards. This creative, ideally food and wine enthusiast professional will also support general marketing department initiatives, including menu design and proofing, business cards, creation of presentations, DJ motion graphics, Videos, manuals, advertising, and promotional materials.RESPONSIBILITIES:Designs creative for various in-restaurant promotions across all RDG brandsFormats and designs newsletters, training materials and manuals, presentations, booklets, and flyersFormats, spell checks, and updates restaurant and event venue menus - posts all updated menus to websiteLiaises with chefs and managers on menu-related contentUpdates all associated collateral material as it applies to menu changesWorks exceptionally well under pressureAdditional duties and responsibilities to be added as appropriateCreating visually stunning motion graphics and animations for various digital media platformsUtilizing video software, such as Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro to design and execute captivating motion graphic projectsAdvanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (I.e. After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)Managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines, and delivering projects on timeCollaborating with the creative team, including graphic designers, project managers, and social team, to conceptualize and storyboard motion graphic projects that align with brand guidelines and project objectivesStaying updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills, and exploring new techniques to push the boundaries of motion graphics designRequirements/Qualifications : Undergraduate degree or diploma in Graphic Design or Digital CommunicationsFluent with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), CanvaStrong eye for design and esthetics - portfolio is a mustGood understanding of branding and how it carries across multiple channelsHighly organized with exceptional communication skillsStrong writing, editing, and proofing copy is a necessity - expert attention to detail and an eye for catching inconsistenciesExperience with file preparation for print and digital purposes.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, collaborative environmentKnowledge of HTML; experience with content management systems and email marketing programs (Constant Contact.)Photography and videography skills encouraged, including post-production editing skillsMust speak fluent EnglishPORTFOLIO REQUIRED: We ask all applicants to include a PDF or website portfolio along with their resume.Physical Demands And Work Environment : General office assignments-(typing), which lends itself to repetitive motion.Sitting in a stationary position for several hours within the day.
