The Parts Delivery Driver drives company vehicles to pick up and deliver parts in the local area. He or she transports products from local parts sources and delivers them to our dealership. Most importantly and without exception, the Delivery Driver operates within the legal speed limits and in a safe fashion at all times. We also offer a

The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED, an unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record, and can drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles. He or she must have basic mechanical skills to perform minor vehicle maintenance, such as checking and topping off fluid levels, maintaining tire pressure, performing vehicle safety checks (visual inspection of wipers, tires, etc.), and maintaining the vehicle in a clean condition (interior and exterior). Fluent English speaking and written communication skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures safe and on-time delivery of parts to the dealership using company vehicles and following all company procedures and standardsComplies with and enforces all safety policies and proceduresMaintains cleanliness of vehicles and performs routine maintenance tasksObeys posted speed limits at all times and all other rules of the roadCompletes any reports or logsQUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 18 years oldHigh school diploma or GED preferredPrevious experience preferredUnrestricted driver's license and clean driving recordCan drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehiclesAble to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
