Suburban Enterprises is currently seeking a Designer II. Designer II designs and develops electrical layouts for electric power distribution. The responsibilities of Designer II include assembling electrical panels and leading a team of document control personnel in-charged to identify and organize facility maintenance drawings. The Designer II will interact with clients, vendors, contractors, architects, and fellow electrical engineers every day to design the required coordinated designs.

Team resource planning/scheduling to assure timely completion of projectsServe as a project team leader for a team of Electrical and special system DesignersReview design Revit, AutoCAD, or Bluebeam drawings from technicians to verify accuracy.Instruct and provide technical assistance to the remainder of the Design team in the preparation of construction documents.Facilitate smooth completion of projects through on-site coordination and telephone support.What you'll bring to the table:
Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; three (3) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in electrical design.Wisconsin Designer's License/designer stamp preferred or willing to obtain in the future.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Familiarity, or better yet, direct experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam.As an employee owned and self-insured company, Suburban Enterprises offers a best-in-class benefits package that includes:
