We are currently looking for a professional and reliable Assistant Community Manager at one of our on-site locations in Santa Fe, NM. The Assistant Manager is responsible for providing administrative and community management support for all division community managers and the division as a whole. Duties may vary from accounting, customer service, general office work, and administration of internal office processes to attending board meetings and providing support to communities as needed.
Responsibilities Include:
- Administrative: Responsible for administrative work such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports for the board, drafting communications, and assisting with financial reporting or budget tracking
- Project Coordination: The Assistant Manager may oversee specific projects, such as property improvements, community events, or compliance efforts, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Enforcement of Policies: Similar to the Manager, the Assistant Manager ensures the HOA’s rules and regulations are enforced, addressing violations or disputes as needed.
- Communication with Residents and Vendors: They often serve as a liaison between the HOA members, vendors, and the Manager, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Primarily Reporting to the Manager: The Assistant Manager typically reports directly to the HOA Manager. The Manager oversees their daily responsibilities, delegates tasks, and evaluates their performance.
- Interaction with the Board: While the Assistant Manager works primarily under the Manager’s direction, they may report to the board on specific projects or administrative matters.
Applicants Must:
- Have previous Office or administrative experience
- Be professional, organized and self-motivated
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
- Have a proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
