• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: Accredited degree meeting Minnesotas specific educational standards.
• CCC-SLP Certification: Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is required.
• Minnesota State Licensure: You must have or be eligible for a current Minnesota SLP license.
• Minnesota Board of Teaching License: Necessary for working in Minnesota school systems.
• Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of experience working with school-aged children or in pediatric speech therapy is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills to collaborate with students, parents, teachers, and administrators.
