Your leadership will ensure cohesive brand messaging and the flawless execution of creative campaigns across multiple platforms.The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketer with deep industry expertise and a proven track record of crafting and implementing successful global campaigns for both developing and major pop artists. If you are an innovative thinker with a passion for driving results, we invite you to join our team and make a significant impact in the world of pop music marketing.What You’ll Be Doing.Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our brand and grow the market presence of our Pop music artists. Build long-term artist development plans that align with their creative direction and career growth. Act as the primary liason between artist management and the label. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire the pop marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of global marketing campaigns, collaborating with A&R, digital marketing, creative, and sales teams. Ensure campaigns are data-driven, impactful, and tailored to individual artist branding.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with A&R, Digital Marketing, commerce and promo teams to align marketing efforts with broader label strategies and artist development goals. Ensure messaging is consistent and supports overall business objectives.Product Management: Develop physical and digital product release strategy and create product lines based on artist fanbases and sales goals. Oversee the collection, organization, and distribution of assets including audio, video, photography, artwork, and metadata.International: Collaborate extensively with BMG international teams, fostering strong cross-border communications and alignment. Also oversee the US marketing campaigns for incoming Pop projects signed out of our international territories (mainly UK, AUS, GSA).Artist Signings: Opportunity to source deals and engage in the artist signing process.Must-HavesExperience: Extensive experience within music marketing, with a proven track record in Pop music, ideally at a senior level.
