Passion is paramount, and at Notable, you will get to work with other talented people who aim to set a new standard for innovation in healthcare.Role Summary:To support and accelerate our growth, we are hiring a product marketer to own positioning, growth strategy, messaging, and sales collateral development across our payer solutions.The ideal candidate for this role is a marketer who can wear many hats, with a proven ability to learn quickly and adapt. We’re looking for somebody who can not only be a rockstar but who can bring the whole band together, driving cross-functional execution across marketing, product, and sales.What You’ll Do:Refine and evolve Notable’s product positioning and messaging for our payer solutions.Work with sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships organizations to develop GTM plans that include compelling messaging, value propositions, target buyer/influencer personas, etc. to ensure overall sales and partner successUse effective storytelling skills to develop (and maintain) our sales collateral bill-of-materials, including decks, demos, and one-pagersDrive competitive analysis and market research for our payer solutions to inform future Notable product and engineering investmentPlan and lead the launch of new products and releases - and work cross-functionally in the implementation of the planPartner with content, customer, and growth marketing to define and execute pipeline generation programsDevelop thought leadership pieces (whitepapers, webinars) to grow market credibility and support pipeline generationProvide subject matter expertise for content and growth marketing to drive effective campaigns across all stages of the sales funnelPartner with sales enablement to enable sellers to position and sell the Notable platformWhat We’re Looking For:5+ years of PMM experience, ideally within healthcare and/or B2B technology (experience in the healthcare payer industry is a plus!)World-class writing skills across different mediums, from ad and web copy to one-pagers and whitepapers.Demonstrated experience developing high-impact sales messaging and slideware.Healthcare domain expertise, or a strong desire to learn the ins and outs of the industry.Basic familiarity with technical concepts (e.g. automation), or a strong desire to learn.Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and marketing stakeholders.Beware of job scam fraudsters! Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.For sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as On Target Earnings (“OTE” = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of and governed by sales commission plans. Non-sales roles may also be eligible for additional compensation.
