This role combines social media management, light graphic design, and community engagement with the chance to attend and coordinate events across our dealerships. You'll work closely with our marketing team to create engaging content, connect with our audience, and showcase Castle Automotive's commitment to exceptional service and community involvement.Who You Are:You are a creative social media enthusiast with a flair for design and an eye for video storytelling. You're comfortable with editing tools and social platforms, skilled at engaging with online communities, and eager to be on-site at events, capturing and sharing moments that highlight our dealership culture and customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:Content Creation: Create and schedule social media posts across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Design eye-catching graphics and edit short videos that align with Castle Automotive's brand and campaigns.Community Engagement: Build relationships with online followers by responding to comments and messages and creating content that encourages interaction and positive engagement.Event Coordination: Attend dealership events, coordinate social media coverage, and capture engaging content to share with our online audience.Brand Consistency: Maintain Castle Automotive's voice and style across all social media channels and community outreach initiatives.Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on social media trends, local community events, and competitor activity to identify new engagement opportunities.Performance Tracking: Monitor social media metrics to gauge content success and provide feedback on engagement, reach, and growth.Requirements:Basic skills in graphic design and video editing (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools)Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)Ability to attend events at various dealership locations across the areaExcellent communication skills and a positive, outgoing personalityExperience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
