Insight Global is hiring: REMOTE- Digital Content Specialist in Louisville

A client is looking for a Digital Content Specialist for a contract to hire opportunity that has the ability to sit remotely. This employee will join the Digital organization and assist with all the content passing through on both web and mobile platforms. The main responsibilities of this role include pushing the boundaries of this team's current content and optimizing the specific plans to ensure customers have a positive experience while they are interfacing with their platforms. This can include completing "click throughs" on the applications to ensure marketing and promos are clear, concise and accurate. In order to complete this work, this employee will work cross-functionally with development, quality assurance and leaders within the group to ensure all merchandise is correct and that best practices are met. The ideal candidate will have experience working with digital content and be comfortable pushing back on business decisions to great strong end products. Targeted rate is $40-44hr

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of content management experience
Previous experience being the sole individual supporting the digital content within an organization
Experience working with Contentful and Marigold or Cheetah - Content Management Systems
Previous copywriting experience especially on digital content
Experience building promotions, offers, homepage banners
Strong communication and collaboration skills - able to work cross functionally
Able to work with the business and create specific plans for best practices in the digital org

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Previous experience working in the Fast food industry in content management
Experience working in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry
