They are seeking an E-commerce and Digital Content Coordinator/Manager. This role demands a mix of technical expertise in e-commerce operations alongside creative skills to maintain an interactive, up-to-date online presence that resonates with customers.

Responsibilities

E-Commerce Platform Management

• Manage the addition of new products to the online store, ensuring accurate collection of product details and specifications.
• Update and refresh online product collections to highlight the latest offerings and seasonal updates.
• Oversee the organization and management of SKUs within the product catalog to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Perform regular site audits to ensure all product collections are current, properly displayed, and functioning without issues.

Content & Marketing Support

• Assist with the uploading and editing of digital content, including creating and updating gift guides and blog articles.
• Contribute to the creation and curation of visually engaging digital assets, ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Maintain a high standard of content quality, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and an enhanced customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in e-commerce management, particularly with Shopify.
• A creative mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
• Strong content creation and organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience conducting site audits and managing SKUs.

Pay range and compensation package

Salary: $70K-$80K
