Our client is seeking a talented
UX Designer
with proven agency experience to support our projects on a part-time, project-based basis. You'll work closely with a dynamic team of strategists, creatives, and developers, contributing to various phases of the design process from wireframing to setting up files for development. Projects will range in length, from a few months to longer engagements.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with team members
to understand project requirements, user needs, and business objectives.Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
to create intuitive and user-centered designs.Set up files for development
in Figma, ensuring design elements are organized, annotated, and ready for smooth handoff.Conduct
iterative design sessions , incorporating feedback from strategists, resource managers, and creative directors.Ensure consistency and cohesion
across various screens and devices, focusing on best practices in UX design.Adapt and evolve designs based on ongoing project needs and stakeholder feedback.Required Skills and Experience
3+ years of experience
as a UX Designer in an agency setting.Proficient in Figma : must be highly skilled in Figma, with experience setting up files for development, creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.Strong understanding of design systems
and the ability to maintain design consistency throughout the project lifecycle.Experience working closely with developers , with a solid grasp of how to set up design files for a smooth handoff.Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly and effectively to cross-functional team members.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, as well as collaborate remotely with a distributed team.
