Job Description

BioPhase Solutions specializes in recruiting top talented professionals for Southern California's Scientific community. We are currently looking for a UX/Graphic Designer to work for an Orange County area biotech company.

Pay Rate: $32-45+/hour depending on experience

Contract-to-hire: 3-6 months

Responsibilities:

Lead the design of user experiences and interfaces for our product suite, ensuring seamless and intuitive navigation.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
Create visually appealing and on-brand interfaces through high-fidelity mockups and design assets.
Conceptualize and design visually appealing layouts for various projects, maintaining brand consistency.
Collaborate with marketing and research teams to develop strategic concepts that effectively communicate product features.
Work closely with development teams to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of design solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align design strategies with business goals and user needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field
5+ years of Graphic Design experience with expertise in creating marketing graphics and website custom experiences.
Experience working as a UX/UI Designer.
- Must have a robust portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Experience working with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign as well as prototyping tools and techniques.
