Contribute to User Experience (UX) concept exploration and refinement, immersive UI prototyping, visual design, motion design, AR/VR experiences and preparation of pixel-perfect final assets with little oversight needed. Communicate the UX documentation for handoff to the software team and support software implementation to ensure the design intent is realized. Lead multidisciplinary teams to solve complex technical challenges using approachable design solutions. Effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to a variety of internal stakeholders. Perform user research and support human factors studies with interactive prototypes on various hardware platforms. Assess and provide guidance to the team on optimal design toolkit by assessing new tools or methods. Serve as subject matter expert on advanced UI features including motion design and AR/VR.
